 My fantasies tend to fall into a few categories.

I rarely fantasize about my current partner while playing with myself, but sometimes I fantasize about going down on her while I'm fucking her, or vice-versa.

I don't often fantasize about past partners. Most of my thoughts about my most recent past partner are unpleasant; she was emotionally abusive. Most of my thoughts about the preceding past partner are about our friendship rather than the bedroom. I have some great memories with a partner from further back, but for some reason I don't fantasize about her much.

I think most often my fantasies are about women I know in person but haven't slept with. Typically I'm more likely to fantasize about them if I've seen them recently, so with social distancing they're a bit less common. Substituting somewhat are random attractive women seen on errands, though without the quarantine I'd be a lot more likely to fantasize about "friend who talks about science and ran a marathon" than "woman in yoga pants at the grocery store".

Another category is women I see on this site, particularly if I interact with them through blogs or e-mail, but also if I just read their blogs or a sexy profile. That's also true of women on other social media sites.

I don't often remember my dreams, but most of those that I do are erotic dreams. Sometimes they're good for some fantasies, but sometimes they're just too weird.

Sometimes I mix categories. For example, because writing this has reminded of "friend who talks about science and ran a marathon", there's a good chance I'll have a fantasy about her sitting on my face while my usual partner rides my cock, or vice versa.
