I readily admit that through out the years, I have willingly participated in the use of Junk Food . I know they are not good for my health, but I succumbed their lure. I have not completely given them, but I am showing much more restraint. How are you doing with Junk Food? And in the past? I guess it is a part of our culture, but I believe that restraint should be used.

 I have to admit, I like a little junk food every now and then. Yesterday I made some fudge brownies with some fudge frosting on them. Talk about a Chocolate Overload..lol..I am thinking of adding some cherries to top them too omg that just sounds so good. I hope you get to enjoy some of your favorite indulgences today, and may your Monday be a great start to your week..

 i eat a LOT more junkfood at SHERMAN's than when i live alone. when i live alone i can't usually go through a bag on my own. but he's a snacker. my latest go to is cheese puffs.
