 I know the feeling! I gave up under a different name 8 years ago. 3 years ago I rejoined and found about 6 good folks. You have to send out a lot of msg. I just have to travel.
As a mature gentleman, the US and this site don't offer anything / anyone; so, I've let my Gold go dormant when I'm there.
All I have to say is hang in there. Open your parameters (i seem to be above your age limit). Take a holiday in the sun (I have had several vacation visitors).
