 I got up an hour earlier than I should have..and while reading another blog I follow they had referenced the new blog..Okay, I'm interested. Went to go have a look...The new blogger is off to a good start. I may have to check back in with them to see how they progress.

Me, As I said I'm up early. Bad dreams and Arthritis pain being the biggest reasons. The dream, seems I was attending a funeral. The "body" was laid out weird, on it's side as opposed to on it's back in the casket. Sort of like the dude was just sleeping instead of being dead. Any who, as I'm standing there, and casually reach out to touch the casket..the arm of the guys moves. Yeah, fright overload..... dream sequence aborted. Now awake, the pain kicked in. Mostly in my hand and shoulders..well the hip too. Seems I was laying on my side again, sleeping in that same position as the dude in the casket. Yeah...too close to home there brain....what ever happened to you waking me up with dreams of sexy red headed women begging me to rock their world? Keep giving me dreams like that one, and I'll stop doing those crossword puzzles you like doing so much. Tit for tat you know?

As it is, I don't need another sex dream either...Hey, I just changed the sheets on the bed. My bad, you never know where that stuff will land during a self love session.

Any who, as long as I'm up early I hit the shower and soak a bit more today..the hot water will ease the soreness......

 I love clean sheets
And I hate nightmares. So sorry you had them. I tend to have scary dreams if I eat within an hour or two of going to bed. I guess the extra sugar kicks my brain into overdrive.

 I found that taking Osteo BI-FLEX for my shoulders helped somewhat significantly !!!
Not 100% but I would say maybe 85 to 90% relief

I've looked into getting some of that, though with the medication I'm on I don't know if I'm allowed to take it? I can only take certain kids of pain relievers while on it. I don't know if Osteo Bi-flex is a pain reliever or what. Next trip to the Doc. I'll ask her. Have a good one Cowboy.
