Sorry to say, in Milwaukee, or in Wisconsin in general, the glory hole has gone the way of the dodo. Laws and ordinances took all the fun away from the Adult Book Stores....
I note there are several in close proximity in downtown Chicago. I don't get there often, and my experiences have been, well, often unsatisfactory.
